With over 15 years of experience, he brings a refined understanding of market timing, land value, and long-term investment strategy. By partnering with leading architects, planners, and advisors, Sandeep has led CID to deliver high-performing residential and mixed-use developments in key growth corridors across Australia. His approach is guided by one clear principle: true success is shared — by investors, residents, and the communities shaped along the way. Bhupesh Sharma brings over 25 years of leadership experience spanning government defence, IT, telecommunications, and real estate. As COO of Capital Investments and Developments (CID), he oversees the company’s growth strategy, manages a diverse investment portfolio, and leads significant residential and commercial projects. Prior to Join CID, Bhupesh holds several senior leadership roles and led major transformation initiatives, secured key deals, and introduced innovative technologies. His strengths lie in operational excellence, innovation, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Bhupesh holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor’s in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering from Delhi. He is dedicated to scaling businesses, enhancing efficiency, and delivering exceptional client experiences. He has strong commitment to give back to community through various not for profit engagements.
Pardeep Kumar
CFO & Development Director
Pardeep Kumar – CFO & Development Director, Capital Investments& Developments (CID) With 12 years of experience in property development and business management, Pardeep Kumar is a key leader at the Capital Investments and Developments (CID). As a CFO and Development Director, Pardeep plays a pivotal role in driving both the financial strategies and development initiatives for CID’s diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Pardeep’s expertise spans in financial management, project planning & development, with a proven track record of successful delivery of high-value developments while maintaining financial discipline. His in-depth knowledge of the project management & land development processes combined with a sharp business acumen, positions him as a successful project director. Holding a ‘Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering’ from Punjab Technical University and a Masters in ‘Management of Information Systems’ from Central Queensland University, Pardeep blends technical expertise with a deep understanding of business systems, allowing him to navigate the development challenges while optimising the resources. Under his leadership, CID continues to deliver sustainable, high-quality developments that exceed profitability & clients’ expectations.
