Phase 1 :

Authority approvals – Approved

Phase 2 :

Earthworks – 100% Completed

Phase 3 :

Sewer & Drainage – Construction of internal sewer and drainage services – 10% Completed

Phase 4 :

Water & road excavation  – Construction of initial road works and installation of water – July 24

Phase 5 :

Road pavements & concreting  – Construction of road Krebs, preparation of road construction and the topsoil – Aug 24

Phase 6 :

Electrical, Gas & Telecommunications  – Installation of gas, electrical and telecommunication services – Sep 24

Phase 7 :

Compliance inspections  – Inspections and signoffs by the Council and relevant service authorities to achieve a Statement of Compliance – Oct 24

Phase 8 :

Title registration – Registration of lots with Land Titles Office. Certificates of Title are issued for each lot followed by Settlement of lots within 14 days – Early Nov 2024
